Bill Lane worked with young people for almost four decades as a counselor, addictions specialist, and program executive. After serving as the president of CEDU School, an adolescent treatment program, Bill saw the need for therapeutic transportation services as a critical first step in a successful treatment process.
Since starting his therapeutic transportation business, his team has provided safe transportation to thousands of teens and young adults, making Bill the most experienced therapeutic transportation specialist in the United States. Bill was trusted and beloved by his colleagues in the therapeutic professions and is affectionately known as “the teen whisperer” for his ability to connect with anxious or resistant adolescent. Bill’s passion for this work came from helping parents move from anxiety to hope. A father and grandfather himself, he took great satisfaction in helping other families thrive.
When he was not working with families, Bill loved all things sports, especially boxing, and spending time at the beach with his beloved grandchildren, Brooklyn and Owen.
Until his passing in Spring 2019, Bill truly lived his motto “Saving Lives.”
